New ambient Seaweed Tapas spreads are now available. These 95 gm Jars can be stored at room temperature and have a long shelf life. When you want to use simply chill in the fridge until really cold for the best flavour. Three varieties as follows:
Mediterranean Style which includes mixed fresh Seaweeds, Gherkins,Capers , onions and Shallots along with spices such as Basil, Oregano and Thyme.
Oriental Style which includes mixed fresh Seaweeds, Extra virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Confit and cider vinegar.
Catalan Style which includes Sea Spaghetti, Red Peppers, Onions,Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

We now have available Cold Smoked Anchovies in a 125 gm size, these are more delicate in texture and flavour than our Hot smoked ones, great warmed in their own oil and served on Tomato Bruschetta. We also have Marinated Anchovy fillets with lemon in 200 gm tubs.

We were recently asked where are your Anchovies from?
That is a good question as traceability, sustainability and quality are important factors when choosing an Anchovy supplier. The anchovies we supply come from several different countries including Morocco, Spain, and Turkey.
We can fully trace all our anchovies, right back to the boat that caught them! This is possible by use of the identification marks on the product supplied.
It is a necessary requirement now to obtain product Health certificates and the route from boat to customer is fully traceable giving you peace of mind. When you buy our Anchovies, you can be sure they are excellent quality with the correct due diligence.
