We were recently asked where are your Anchovies from?
That’s a good question as traceability, sustainability and quality are important factors when choosing an Anchovy supplier. The anchovies we supply come from several different countries including Morocco, Spain, and Turkey.
We can fully trace all our anchovies, right back to the boat that caught them! This is possible by use of the identification marks on the product supplied.
It is a necessary requirement now to obtain product Health certificates and the route from boat to customer is fully traceable giving you peace of mind. When you buy our Anchovies, you can be sure they are excellent quality with the correct due diligence.
