– IUU Catch Certificates on record for all Fish purchases.

– DNA Testing when required – Ensuring the species catch location.

The true test is in knowing any product supplied by us can be demonstrated to have followed these criteria. This can and is verified using the Factory ID code combined with product batch number. With this information you can be sure of the Fish and products safety whilst knowing the full route to market from catching to consuming.
